Hardwork 🏃

What is hard work?
Well, for each and every person living on this beautiful planet. The meaning of hard work is slightly different.
For one, hard work would be waking up in the morning and getting ready  for school. For the amputees, hardwork is everything which include the use of hands.
Hardwork according to this picture i clicked few days back is, construction workers 🙂
These workers are stressed and as we spell stressed backwards, it is desserts that they want. Here, dessert is the reward they will get, the money they will recieve after their work.
Some people are so hardworking they don’t have time to eat or sleep. Their focus is always on the work they do.
What for?
For a reward.
Rewards are of so many kinds, my friend.
For a dog it is, bone/food!
For a man, money.
For a kid, it may be food or something he/she wants to buy.
For parents, love of their children.
Rewards may differ in every case according to the mindset of people.

For me, hardwork is studying for exams and reward will be the good grades.
As i will grow, my meaning of hardwork will change and so will the reward.

Eat Healthy! 🍛

In a world full of junk food just like the 78% of nitrogen in the atmosphere we try to be healthy and eat healthy which is like 2% of other gases around us. 😂
Here are 2 tips for you, which won’t take long to read, my friend. 🙂

1. Drink water 🍶

Drink 2 glasses of water every morning to activate your internal organs.
Before 30 minutes of lunch and dinner, drink 1 glass of water. It’ll help in digestion. Drinking water is the solution for all your problems. (not in excess)

2. Have a stomachtastic breakfast ☕

Well, stomachtastic isn’t a word but who cares? 😂
Eating healthy in morning is very important in our daily busy routine. You can eat less in lunch and lesser in dinner but your breakfast should be more than enough for the whole day. You need to work your ass off and for that you will need energy which will come from a healthy breakfast.
