Meeting you after a long time and wondering how people grow

Not just by face but by the demeanour they show

We went to a coffee shop and had a great time

Talking about moments and people sometimes

I wish i could pause the time

talk to you for hours and not mind

The silence we shared when we got nothing to talk about

Was something unusual as i didn’t get bored

The way the silence went for a while

Was pleasant and felt good all the time

Even the silences make sense

That’s why you’re my best friend

I love to talk to you and meet you anywhere

The bond we share you’ll find it nowhere

That’s how life goes on

You got to leave something behind in order to move on

Meeting you was a pleasure

A pleasure as great as a treasure

A treasure i will cherish

Eat Healthy! 🍛

In a world full of junk food just like the 78% of nitrogen in the atmosphere we try to be healthy and eat healthy which is like 2% of other gases around us. 😂
Here are 2 tips for you, which won’t take long to read, my friend. 🙂

1. Drink water 🍶

Drink 2 glasses of water every morning to activate your internal organs.
Before 30 minutes of lunch and dinner, drink 1 glass of water. It’ll help in digestion. Drinking water is the solution for all your problems. (not in excess)

2. Have a stomachtastic breakfast ☕

Well, stomachtastic isn’t a word but who cares? 😂
Eating healthy in morning is very important in our daily busy routine. You can eat less in lunch and lesser in dinner but your breakfast should be more than enough for the whole day. You need to work your ass off and for that you will need energy which will come from a healthy breakfast.
